This is an exceptional opportunity for a bright go-getter with intelligence, confidence, loads of initiative and the desire to grow.
We are looking for someone to begin working immediately as a Receptionist/Administrative Assistant. The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented individual who is self-motivated and a team player. Other qualities one must possess for this position are punctuality, multi-tasking and a strong work ethic.
This is a full-time position with benefits available immediately and a retirement plan available after a probationary period. Work hours are from 8:30AM-5PM with a half hour lunch.
Work Duties Include (but are not limited to):
• Answer phones and direct incoming calls
• Handle outgoing mail, sort/distribute incoming mail and packages
• Copy, file and scan documents
• Track, review and file client progress reports
• Act as a “support” person for the office
Proficiency required in Microsoft Word and Excel required!
Previous experience in the Healthcare or Educational field is a PLUS!
